With a strong 20 + year foundation in operations, real estate, and leadership, Thomas has played a key role in building a fully functioning department from the ground up—designing quality control systems that enhanced client satisfaction and overall experience. 

But Thomas’s story starts far from the office. Raised on one of South Texas’ largest working cattle ranches, he developed a deep connection to animals and responsibility from a young age. Competing in livestock shows and earning titles like Reserve Overall Grand Champion at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo taught him discipline, compassion, and the value of care—all qualities that now shape the heart of Strut and Sniff Pet Services.

Thomas’s commitment to community also runs deep. He is currently forming and leading a board of directors to launch the “Little Pink Dress Run,” a 5K benefiting breast cancer research and homeless youth. He is also a lifetime volunteer of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. That same spirit of service and care is at the core of everything Strut and Sniff provides—where your pets are treated like family, and every walk or visit is an adventure.
