Our membership options are designed to give clients a more organized, predictable, and personalized care experience. Each membership is different, and the right option depends on how often you need care, what type of care your pet needs, and how much scheduling support you want.
Memberships are not unlimited service plans. Each plan includes specific benefits, and some plans include a set number of services each month.
Routine Walk Membership
The Routine Walk Membership is designed for clients who need dependable weekday dog walks on a recurring schedule.
This membership is best for dogs who need regular exercise, potty breaks, structure, or midday relief while their owners are working or away from home.
Unlike one-time walk requests, this membership reserves recurring space in the schedule for your dog’s routine.
Starting around: $360/month
What you get from this membership:
The Routine Walk Membership includes a set number of recurring weekday walks each month. For example, a standard plan may include approximately 12 weekday walks per month, which is ideal for clients who need care about three times per week.
This membership may include:
- A set number of weekday dog walks per month;
- Recurring walk days and preferred service windows;
- A more consistent walker when available;
- Easier monthly planning for ongoing care;
- Simplified monthly billing;
- Priority consideration for keeping your regular walking schedule;
- Less back-and-forth scheduling for routine weekday walks.
This membership is a good fit for clients who already know they need weekly dog walking support and want their dog’s routine handled in a more consistent and dependable way. Additional walks, weekend visits, holidays, last-minute requests, additional pets, or services outside the membership may be billed separately.
Companion Visit Membership
The Companion Visit Membership is designed for pets who need regular in-home check-ins, comfort, feeding, potty breaks, litter care, playtime, medication support when applicable, or companionship.
This membership is ideal for cats, senior pets, pets with anxiety, multi-pet households, or pets who do better with regular check-ins instead of occasional one-time visits. The main difference between this plan and the Routine Walk Membership is that Companion Visits focus on in-home care, not just walking.

What you get from this membership:
The Companion Visit Membership includes a set number of recurring in-home visits each month. For example, a standard plan may include approximately 12 companion or drop-in visits per month, depending on your pet’s needs and care routine.
This membership may include:
- A set number of drop-in or companion visits per month;
- Feeding and water refresh;
- Potty breaks or litter box care;
- Playtime, affection, enrichment, or quiet companionship;
- Medication support when already approved and documented;
- Photos and visit notes after care;
- More consistent care from a familiar provider when available;
- Easier planning for pets who need regular in-home attention;
- Simplified monthly billing.
This membership is best for clients who want their pets checked on regularly and who value a calmer, more familiar care routine.
Additional visits, weekend care, holidays, last-minute requests, additional pets, extended care needs, or services outside the selected plan may be billed separately.
Travel Care Membership
The Travel Care Membership is designed for clients who travel regularly and want their pet care planning to feel easier, more organized, and less stressful.
This membership is different from the Routine Walk and Companion Visit memberships because it is focused on travel planning and priority trip coordination, not weekly recurring care. This plan is best for frequent travelers, business travelers, seasonal travelers, or clients who want help making sure everything is ready before they leave town.
Starting around: $150–$250/month
What you get from this membership:
The Travel Care Membership helps keep your pet’s travel-care routine organized before trips begin. Instead of scrambling to update instructions, confirm access, review feeding routines, or request dates at the last minute, this membership gives you a more planned and supported process.
This membership may include:
- Priority travel-care planning;
- Preferred consideration for travel dates when available;
- Pre-trip review of pet care instructions;
- Help keeping feeding, medication, litter, potty, and home access details updated;
- Confirmation of care schedule before travel;
- Reduced last-minute stress before leaving town;
- Priority communication for upcoming travel care;
- Reduced or waived eligible last-minute planning fees when availability allows;
- Easier coordination for recurring or frequent trips.
This membership is best for clients who may not need weekly walks but do need reliable, well-organized care when they travel.
Scheduled services, such as drop-ins, walks, overnight care, pet taxi, or extended visits, are billed separately unless they are specifically included in a custom Travel Care plan.
VIP Pet Concierge Membership
The VIP Pet Concierge Membership is our most premium and personalized care option.
This membership is different from the other plans because it includes a higher level of priority scheduling, a set number of included monthly services, simplified billing, reduced standard add-on fees, and more protected availability.
VIP is designed for clients who want a more complete, concierge-style pet care experience.
Starting at: $999/month
What you get from this membership:
The VIP Pet Concierge Membership includes a set number of standard services each month, such as walks, drop-in visits, or companion visits. For example, a VIP membership may include up to 20 standard services per month, with custom plans available for clients who need additional care.
Unlike the Routine Walk or Companion Visit memberships, VIP is not just about one type of recurring service. VIP is designed for clients who want a more flexible and higher-touch care plan that can include multiple types of standard care.
This membership may include:
- Up to 20 standard services per month, depending on the approved plan;
- Standard walks, drop-in visits, or companion visits included in the monthly membership;
- No separate per-visit service fees for the services included in your plan;
- Preferred scheduling consideration for regular care windows;
- More consistent care from a primary walker or sitter when available;
- Personalized planning for your pet’s routine, behavior, preferences, and household needs;
- Priority care planning before travel, busy workweeks, or recurring schedule needs;
- Photo updates, care notes, and ongoing communication after visits;
- Waived or reduced eligible weekend service fees, depending on the plan;
- Waived or reduced eligible last-minute priority fees when availability allows;
- Easier schedule adjustments for reasonable changes with notice;
- Simplified monthly billing instead of visit-by-visit billing;
- More proactive communication and planning.
VIP is priced higher because it includes more than basic care. It includes actual monthly services, priority planning, reduced standard fees, and a more protected place in the schedule.
Because this level of care requires more availability and attention, VIP Pet Concierge Membership is limited to no more than 5 clients per walker/sitter. This limit helps us avoid overbooking and ensures VIP clients receive the consistency, responsiveness, and personalized care the membership is designed to provide.
VIP is best for clients who want dependable recurring care, fewer scheduling worries, more personalized communication, and a premium care experience that feels easier and more organized from month to month.
VIP is not an unlimited service plan. Services beyond the included monthly amount, holiday care, overnight stays, pet taxi, dog park trips, pet waste removal, additional pets, extended service areas, or care outside the approved plan may still be billed separately unless specifically included in your custom membership.
Membership Availability
Membership availability is limited and will be reviewed based on your pet’s needs, requested service schedule, location, and current availability.
